Erica is a dedicated professional who has found her calling in the legal field. Born in Miami, Florida to Colombian parents, she grew up with a multicultural background and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of compassion and a desire to help those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Erica’s career has spanned various areas of law, including family law, immigration, collections, and workers’ compensation. Each of these fields has allowed her to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Her diverse experience has shaped her into a well-rounded paralegal who understands the intricacies of different legal areas.

One of Erica’s defining qualities is her passion for helping others, which she has carried with her since a young age. She has always been drawn to supporting the underserved and underrepresented members of her community. This drive led her to pursue a career in the legal field, where she could advocate for those who are unable to speak for themselves.

In addition to her legal knowledge, Erica has a background in Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) and has gained valuable insights through her internship with the American Investigative Society of Cold Cases (AISOCC). This experience has given her a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the complexities surrounding crime and justice. It further enhances her ability to serve her community effectively.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys engaging in various activities that bring her joy and relaxation. She appreciates attending local events and concerts, immersing herself in the vibrant culture of her surroundings. Being out on the water allows her to connect with nature and find tranquility. Erica also has a passion for art events, which provide inspiration and creativity in her life. Above all, spending quality time with her two children is a priority.

Erica’s knowledge, values, and passions align with May Jung, whom she has connected with due to their shared mission of representing the underserved and underrepresented.
