Andrew Pearce is a seasoned discovery attorney, specializing in E-Discovery and document review. Throughout his career, Andrew has conducted numerous document reviews across a variety of practice areas, including antitrust, construction, contract and business disputes, insurance, fraud, and personal injury. His expertise extends to developing review protocols, executing high level substantive, QC, and privilege reviews, and providing document analysis to assist in preparation for depositions and trial. Additionally, Andrew also has extensive experience in consumer protection matters, having previously litigated hundreds of consumer arbitrations for various clients, with responsibilities that included assessing and investigating various consumer claims, working to resolve claims prior to the arbitration, and litigating matters through the arbitration process.

Andrew’s philosophy with document review is to be able to effectively and efficiently parse through the troves of acquired documents during the discovery phase of litigation to uncover the relevant evidence about the facts of a matter, while protecting May Jung client’s privileged and sensitive data.

Andrew double majored in psychology and history at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell Law School. Until recently, Andrew has spent the last decade in Raleigh, NC. However, Andrew has recently decided to embark on a new adventure and move to Denver, CO. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hiking, traveling, wandering around museums, and spending time with his partner and two cats.
