Our organization is currently seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients, including gathering and verifying information, completing paperwork, and providing initial assessments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the intake process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Enter Leads into our lead management system
- Contact leads to gather information regarding their case
- Update the lead management system
- Open cases in our case management system
- Update the case management system with lead information
