The Concept
Systemic injustice doesn’t happen in fleeting moments. For those who have faced abuse in juvenile hall, that injustice permeates lives, communities, and history. We know that, in our quest to shift a broken paradigm, legal representation is just one part of serving our community members.
The Black Unicorn Collaborative unites a dedicated group of passionate, empathetic, and effective leaders committed to improving the lives of individuals who faced abuse in juvenile hall.
How to Participate
The Collaborative is designed to be a low-effort, high-impact model for holistically serving our community. The goal is to support other members of the collaborative and share who we are, what we stand for, and how we can be of service.
As we work together to define a vision of impact, we ask that you share ideas about what you would like to bring to the table and how you’d like to be involved.
